GAME: MAKING BUBBLES

"Tily" learns the outdoor activities children like doing in the playground!

HOW TO MAKE “SOAP BUBBLES”
How to create floating, shimmering bubbles in the air!!!!

Things you’ll need:
Distilled water
Dish detergent
Glycerine
Large plastic bowl with cover
Length of wire

STEP 1
Fill a plastic bowl with distilled water. You can use tap water, but distilled water tends to make stronger, longer-lasting bubbles.

STEP 2
Add a cup dish-washing liquid and some glycerine to the water. Mix the ingredients gently but thoroughly; you want them blended, but you don’t want to create suds.

STEP 3
Cover the bowl until you’re ready to start blowing bubbles.

STEP 4
Twist a length of wire into a loop to make a bubble wand. You can also use cookie cutters or discarded plastic bubble wands from store-bought bubble bottles. The larger the loop, the bigger the bubbles will be, but larger bubbles have a harder time maintaining their integrity.

STEP 5
Open the lid and dip your wand in the mixture. Raise it to your lips and blow. Bubbles should come floating out.
