PROJECT SHOWBOARD

Our students have prepared this showboard to be able to seen our works by everybody.

"FOREST PROJECT"

2nd form made a "forest project" on Wednesday, 21st of April. We had a special "Trainer", Petra. We walked out to the nearby wood and had to learn a lot about our native trees, flowers and animals.

At first we saw a frog!!!

Than we learned about the flowers, growing in spring!

We had some experiences as a "blind man".

we "rebuilt" another student,

we learned about the ground, and . . .

we played some games. It was a very interesting trip!!!

Prepares dance show for 23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Festival

Tily is watching dance show.These dances are preparation for 23rd National Soveigrinity and Chidren's Day....

School Life - Practical Work Training

A very important part of our school´s objectives is preparing our pupils for the difficult labour market.
We try to train our pupils in practical work, like in Technical Education: metal work, wood work...

Tily´s and Steinis´snowboards?


Twice a year the pupils look for jobs they are interested to try, to test, to work in. The first time they were off school one week in in autumn.
Now they are one week off in April, here is the report.
Now our classroom is empty. Tily and Steini are wondering, where the big boys are.
" Hey Steini, where is Jovica and Stefan?"
" I´m missing Mario, Silvio and Marcel, too - where are they?"
" They are out and work in different enterprises! Do you want to visit them?"
"Yes, of course!"

They follow to the teacher´s car and join Mr. Frischauf´s control-visit.


THE VISIT:

First to visit is Silvio. He works in a metal processing enterprise.

Marcel is assistant in a kitchen and doing a good job:

Stefan is working in a garage, his hands are dirty soon, but he doesn´t worry about that!

Mario is the painter man, working in different construction places.
The first week in autumn he was testing to work as a cook.
Now his job is a bit more dirty!




Tily, not very experienced in labour life, is very nosy and incautious, take a look!




But Tily survived again...

Mario´s comment: "Now I know, that I want to become a cook!"

All the enterprises were very pleased with the accomplisment of our pupils!

We are very proud!!!

Board Game - Tily´s Questionnaire...

The Creative Department of the 3. Klasse designed a brand new board game called

"TILY`S QUESTIONNAIRE"

This game leads the players through Europe with Tily - asking very personal questions.

Karli and Steini are making the way to the finish sometimes more complicated.

We produced all the materials (except the dices) - as usual - ourselfes.

We will present the written form the rules of the game a bit later - after our meeting in Austria in May.

The picture shows only a detail of the game..

But the hit is our video presentation - a very unique presentation - a singular event - or however you want to name it.

Old Outdoor Games - Rubber Twist / Rubber String Jump

It is an old and simple game, but very important for children to learn co-ordination, movements, speed and jumping!

• A rubber string is stretched between two children standing opposite
• A third child jumpes over - into - on- over the string, according to agreed rules
• If it succeeds, the level goes up by elevating the height of the string

The child may also jump following certain commandos like :

HAU - RUCK - DONALD - DUCK - MICKY - MAUS - MITTE - RAUS

Every word/command means jumping a special figure...

Mistakes:

• landing on the wrong rubber string
• get entangled in the string
• touching the string
• wrong choreography...

TRY it with your children!
